Owner’s comments:

According to dolls house author Marion Osbourne this model first appeared in Lines Catalogue in 1924 with a red painted roof. This version with the grey card tiled roof did not appear in the catalogue until 1933. However, Marion went on to say that it may have been available earlier as lines were notorious for not updating the illustrations in their catalogues.
