A large antique Edwardian mock Tudor dolls house manufactured circa 1915 by George Louis Platnauer.
Made for Betty Platnauer by her uncle, George Louis Platnauer, around 1915. The house was then purchased from a antique shop in Shrewsbury by Charlotte Manford in 1984. She displayed Welford Grange at a dolls house exhibition in Netley on the 7th & 8th June 1994. Featured in many dolls magazines over the years, it remained in Charlotte’s collection until her death in 2014.
